A CONSOLIDATED SCIENTIFIC APPROACH
Technical and scientific consultant for FLOKY is Dr Mauro Testa, for 30 years an international point of reference in the study of ergonomics, posture and biomechanical science.
With 330 patents active, Dr. Testa has always believed in research as a vehicle
for innovation. From 1994 he began to collaborate in sports facilities to contribute to continuous improvement in the various disciplines through the application of the principles of biomechanics in protections, flooring and sports clothing and equipment.
He is the contact person for the main Italian football clubs and was responsible for the biomechanics performance area of all the Italian national football teams in 2017.
On behalf of Spa world developed a new track of athletics for the 2008 Beijing World Cup, the same due to the incredible sporting results obtained (36 records) and preventive ones (zero injuries among athletes). Also for the Tokyo runway has contributed to providing data, analyses and information on the biomechanics and functionality of the body in contact with the new synthetic products used for the slopes, in order to reduce the possible sources of injury and improve performance.

RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION
Doctor Testa, born in Turin in 1959, graduated in Sports Science with 110 cum
laude and a University specialisation course in Sports Psychology, was the technical-scientific manager of the ErgovisionLab, an innovative laboratory of industrial and sports ergonomics and biomechanics where new plastic, textile, thermoplastic and metallic materials have been developed in order to improve comfort and safety.
Over the years he has carried out various teaching activities at the best Italian universities and is the owner of Ergoconsult, an ergonomic and biomechanical consultancy company. He has always believed in research as a vehicle for innovation, and from here it owns numerous patents for footwear, clothing and items for personal health. He therefore became a technical consultant for major brands such as Chicco, Eminflex, Healthcare-dr. Scholl's, Clarks and many more.
In 2002 he received the honour from the President of the Republic of "Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic" and has participated in numerous world-renowned scientific congresses.
