Refund policy

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce or made to measure goods) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. This is known as the cooling off period.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us within the 7 days with notification and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Call us on 01 8903932, to discuss returning items to us and your refund.

The goods must be in original packaging and not worn.  Once worn no returns are possible.

Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

Returned Goods

  • Return within the 7 day cooling off period.
  • Returned items have to be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
  • Include a copy of the email confirmation of the order.
  • Refunds will be issued back once goods received as per term above.  This will be paid into the account the goods were paid for.

A:    Check your newly purchased product when it arrives, if it's faulty get in touch with us within 24 hours of receipt.
